In July 2024, AVIS Rapid City & PurCo falsely claimed $4,307 in hail damage after I returned a car undamaged. SD AG & Progressive confirmed it was a scam. PurCo later raised it to $6K+. Take photos, get a written return inspection, & avoid AVIS/PurCo. I spent 40+ hrs fighting this. #rentalcarscam
