I get that learning should just be for the sake of learning.
I get that they are not equivalent to graduating with a degree.
But is there any professional benefit to earning a “certificate” from the online courses everyone is discussing, Harvard or otherwise? Or is it more of a personal keepsake?👨🏻🎓

I am thankful that my role at work was one of a few to be singled out for a transition to a higher wage during our union’s last negotiation. The final year of that contract began a few months ago and I am finally working at the full promised rate! 💵
