George Floyd Square is a place of worldwide historic significance and the public realm there should be a reflection of the weight and gravity that the space holds in our collective consciousness. I believe a pedestrian mall successfully does this.

Appreciate this mailer from AFL-CIO, but I don't know why they think Frey would have been helpful in the labor negotiations given that he vetoed the labor standards board and voted no in BET for the park boards full funding request.
