don’t want to sound diminishing but is it possible you have the beginnings of a cold or flu? perhaps something like that could flare the LC symptoms?

believes the government… should make a material difference to people’s lives…. but how??? that’s always been the problem. he has no ideas other than what is suggested to him. constantly changing, ideologically inconsistent, completely ineffective and uninspiring

If this is not deliberately racialised imagery, it is at best fantastically naive to not understand that it looks & feels like racialised dog whistling to single out this man in such a way.
