No, XIII's pc port in general is a little buggy and XIII-2 especially is just a terrible pc port in general. Difference between the MS store and Steam versions is that you can't mod in the fixes for the MS store ones. So it's passable for XIII but avoid getting XIII-2 on there at any cost.

Even funnier is that Sony was planning the exact same thing but lucked out by being second reveal wise.

While that is an illustration of the G-Self by Ippei Gyobu, the G-Self was actually designed by Akira Yasuda (also known as Akiman). Also did the designs for the Recten, Recksnow and Grimoire in G-Reco, the character designer for Turn-A and the Street Fighter series among many more things.

Also if you do ever play Type-0 at any point. I would recommend finding a way to play the psp version with the fan translation.

Yeah, of course it doesn't help that Type-0 HD is a reputation ruining remaster with how bad it is so it didn't really catch on over here like the original version did in Japan. So kinda expected that most people don't know about it.

Specifically HD since Type-0 never released outside of Japan in its original psp form due to how late in the psp's lifepsan it released.

This is really good but one small correction that is minor in the grand scheme of things. Final Fantasy XVI isn't actually the first M-Rated Final Fantasy game. Final Fantasy Type-0 is.

I think the only Gundam antag Tomino has made that riffs off of Char in any way is Mask from G-Reco now that I think about it.

There is the obvious one with TM Revolution/Takanori Nishikawa playing two different characters in SEED and SEED Destiny respectively (Miguel and Heine). But other than that I am not aware of any others.

I do think it is interesting to note that most of the "By the Gods/Twelve/Kami" and other variant lines are actually not there in the original Japanese script.
Just too ingrained into the style of 14's English script to really be done away with at this point though.

I think you may have combined things about Destiny and FREEDOM together since Morosawa died in 2016. Over a decade after Destiny finished airing.

Back when the big leak happened, early dev stuff was released where it seems like a more advanced shadow/lighting system was planned for the game but had to be removed during development (ala Halo 2, Dark Souls 2, etc).
