Thank you! It's already *so* much more covered than I thought it would be, considering the oldest plants (1/2 of them) have only been in for 9 months or so!

I can't wait until they all finally bloom! Check out what my friend's turquoise vine looks like!

Recent pictures taken around my garden in Costa Rica.

A tunnel made of remesh goes over a gravel path, adorned with 3 vining plants: turquoise jade vine, flame jade vine, and Indian clock vine. The Indian clock vine, furthest away, has multiple strands of red and yellow flowers hanging down. A dense cluster of small white coffee flowers. Two purple and yellow mottled Aristolochia ringens flowers, with a bulbous base and two protrusions coming out from the base of the bulb, pictured in front of a teal metallic wall and next to the heart-shaped, flat green leaves. 4 pineapples pictured, in different stages of growth, sitting on top of their respective plants with thick, long triangular green leaves emanating from every direction.

Flowers that either bloomed for the first time while I was gone, or really took off! I *love* being back in my little slice of paradise!
Aristolochia ringens, la capitana de corazón (the captain of heart), past its prime, blooming for the first time. The leaves are green and heart-shaped, and the flower is mottled yellow and purple with a bulbous center and two protruding leaves, one a quarter size of the other, drooping from the front of the bulb. Tibouchina semidecandra, the princess flower, blooming for the first time. The bright purple flower has 5 leaves, and sits atop a grouping lush, velvety, pinnate leaves. Aechmea bracteata, a bromeliad with long, spiky green leaves, with a red flowering bract emerging from the middle of the plant as it sits on top of a tree stump. 8 plumeria flowers, edged in red with white leaves and a yellow center, emerge from broad green leaves below. Several unopened, red flower buds can be seen next to the flowers.
