Hispanics WITHIN Arizona and Virginia are very different from one another. I live in Texas, in a neighborhood that is 94% Latino. It’s a WIDELY diverse group of humans. Biden’s failure to control both the messaging and policy on immigration angered ALL of them. Some of them are already coming back.

Some Dems and pundits overread the significance of Trump's win. They looked at dissatisfaction with the border and discerned a seismic cultural reaction to immigration levels inside the country. The former was real. The latter is a mirage.
