How do you even begin to assess the value of an original Real Ghostbusters comic cover and the concept sketch for it (signed by artist AND the voice of Egon)?

Been years since my first Dickies was stolen. Had a GB2 dark blue for a bit. Then khaki again, long sleeved (couldn’t find short sleeved at the time).
Now that’s been tailored to a bespoke 2XLC (for Chris) w/ short sleeves & custom backing.
Time to start adding patches and pins!
