This week, the Renters’ Rights Bill became law. That means:
- ✅ End to no-fault evictions
- ✅ No more bidding wars to secure a tenancy
- ✅ Maximum of 1 month’s rent upfront
- ✅ Rolling monthly tenancies
- ✅ Fair rules for pets
