What they really mean is: "Do not pretend that you have First Amendment rights, because if you speak against the government we will arrest you and deport you. If you're a citizen we'll arrest, interrogate, and rob you, and we're trying to figure out how to deport you."

Anyone can get ICE-logo stuff on the Internet. There have been a couple of sexual assaults or attempted assaults by lone imposters, but I wonder when the first gang is going to realize they can pretend they're ICE?

ICE claims that it's not arresting nannies in Boston playgrounds. Looks like their claim is technically correct - the arrest happened in the Boston Public Garden.
If your child is being watched by a non-citizen, ICE can arrest them to make their quota and leave your kid unattended.
