1. No evidence has been provided that any of those murdered were narcoterrorists.
2. Even if they were, murdering them at sea is not even close to anything the president has the power to do. These are crimes. Capital crimes that you can’t pawn off on lower level operators.

This is what the so-called "Secretary of War" is tweeting amid reports that his department ordered a second strike to make sure they killed survivors of a boat they attacked that they allege with no proof carries drugs (which doesn't justify bombing them even it were true)

The “kill them all” order by SecDef Hegseth would be a textbook war crime even if the original attack had been legal.
It is unfathomable that the USG lawyers would sign off on a no-survivors boat strike (no get of jail free card).
There's clear precedent dating back to World War II trial of Germans for that very act, which lawyers know well.
