Good. Congress should make a stink about not just going through a Senate confirmation process. Makes it look like they have something to hide and that they're purposefully are placing unqualified people in the positions.

Essentially what would happen is insurers would just start kicking people off once they reach their 50's. Then you've either gotta self-insure or spend down your assets to get on Medicaid. It's a fucking absurd way to run a country.
