I had a really fucking great coaching today with my acting coach that lifted a weight from my shoulders I have been carrying for years. Wish my personal trainer could do the same.

Also, after a really great session I was finally able to sit down and write today for the first time in months.

AI captions are inventing a new language. Just watched them captioning a british speaker and turning the word “forlornly” into “forlawnly”, which I can only imagine is the feeling of staring sadly at a lawn you’ll never be able to afford.

Tonight I put one little dollop of whipped cream on each spoonful of ice cream I ate directly from the gallon container, if you’re wondering how my mental health is doing.

I have watched The Good Place several times, and each time I laugh as hard and am moved as much as I did and was the first time. Easily one of the best TV shows ever made.

I thought that choosing not to watch Handmaid’s Tale was a productive exercise in avoiding existential crisis. It turns out that watching The Good Place was no better because now I’m convinced that we’re in hell. Where is my Janet?!?!
