My elderly Reaganite father is hitting the streets for the first time in his life this weekend.
We have planned to attend "No Kings" in Mobile Saturday for several weeks. Then it turns out on Friday in Mobile there's a LBTGQ+ rally and march and finally on Saturday afternoon in Fairhope there's an event. A tough choice but we're gonna stick with "No kings" and trust me we are really torn here. Our problem (my problem actually) is I'm not sure I could do two marches in two days. My feet just don't work so well. On my father's birthday (and Flag Day) I will participate in my first civil disobedience in my 77 years. I love you guys! You've taught me a lot in the last few years about being a human and being a citizen. Thanks
