I’m all for saying it’s stupid, the judicial should be in control. But I feel like a better argument is that it sets a precedent that any congress could remove presidential candidates from the ballot.

But doesn’t the two term limit come from the 22nd amendment which was passed by the legislature.

Absolutely love how Boy and the Heron conveys its ideas. I walked out of the theater only thinking that it felt right but unable to explain why. It wasn’t until like an hour later that the film started to make logical sense
