I know it feels really wrong to order your AG to release a Special Counsel report because that’s been a bad thing to do for so long. But the Supreme Court says it’s okay now. It’s legal. It’s an official act.

2/In their supplement brief they ask the 11th Circuit to refer the case to Judge Cannon “to assure that no question remains as to the authority of the district court to resolve the pending motion in that Court.” The 11th Circuit shouldn't back bless this. ecf.ca11.uscourts.gov/n/beam/servl...
