This took a few tries and you kinda need to account for a lot of moving parts
And it's all laminated together at the same time so you need to use a high enough temp to penetrate everything at once and activate the adhesive of the laminate sheets though all the layers

So here's the idea
The inner laminate makes the pocket where the stickers go and separates the two badges and provides the belly window by melding with the outer laminate- There's a section where they overlap, and that provides the entrance
The two badges are welded together by the outer layer

So my methodology was
A little insane
It’s essentially 2 badges welded together
