It's probably not true, but it feels like this team has lost a dozen games where they had a lead in the 3rd. Even a 3 goal lead in the 3rd is not safe. It's getting to be almost bizarre

Once the refs made it clear they had no intention of policing cheap shots, the Sharks badly needed to send a message that they wont tolerate it. This team isn't good enough to take the high road and point to the scoreboard. The turnaround starts when teams no longer want you on the schedule

I may have misunderstood your op. I agree, everyone seems desperately self-serving, and the actual love of music is getting completely lost

If you've ever changed a song structure to be 3 minutes, put the hook first, etc. then you cannot escape this comment. But if you look at the why, I feel strongly that the artists bear very little responsibility for this. It's not even about selling out. It's about actually existing
