Everything I read and hear about the ecosystem of Twitter sounds exactly like what Indigo was like towards the end, which deeply concerns me for the psyche of America at large.
It's like the entire country is the Serious Discussion Community - and if it stays like that, we as a society are fucked.

It's like the entire country is the Serious Discussion Community - and if it stays like that, we as a society are fucked.
We're so far detached that I start to forget most of this stuff. And it's not like I'm holding any serious beef towards anyone, since I'm willing to bet plenty of people grew up from that behavior. Hopefully. At the very least, it's not my problem anymore.

Again, this is less about those who posted mildly cringy memes they stole from Reddit or Twitter; rather, I am speaking about those whose entire goal on the sites was to be as nasty as possible, bully people, and possess the most far-right politics as possible on a site run by teens.
