Okay, without trying to pass any judgement on the merits or who did what or why re: tiktok, I think it's notable that the rationale for enforcing the law seems to be a tacit rejection of corporate personhood by the government.

We replaced our old window AC unit with a heat pump model, and it has already paid for itself in just six months. Heat pumps are fantastic!
We recently replaced the gas boiler at our house with an air source heat pump. Very happy with it so far. If anyone in the UK is thinking of doing the same, I can recommend www.heatgeek.com

This would be an abuse of power, regardless of my opinion on the ban.
No matter where you fall on the TikTok ban, the President undoing by “executive order” a law passed by Congress and upheld unanimously by the Supreme Court is an unconstitutional abuse of power.

My friends would bombard me with videos on TikTok, one after another, until I felt overwhelmed and decided to delete my account. It always left me uneasy. While this isn't ideal for anyone, TikTok undeniably captivates people.
