Fun fact: the TT Circuit in Assen actually tried to become the circuit for the Dutch GP, but Zandvoort’s history claimed it for them. I personally would have loved to have the TT become the circuit, because it’s in a huge open field, so it has plenty of space to add a modern layout.

In the past, Image has always been pretty good with it. I suspect that Marvel/DC and their sub publishers might throw a spanner in the works. However, the demise of Comixology shows that the personal backup options is really important!

I absolutely believe it should be nano. I can handle the basics of vim fine nowadays, but it’s an unnecessary hurdle for newcomers

Absolutely! I understand for historic reasons why it is that way, but please make it optional and maybe even disable it by default when using script setup. Ever since script setup, it has felt weird to me and I have written a lot of Vue since v1 in all shapes.

There is a lot of weird behaviour with the context menus since last summer. I have seen people “fix” it with setting ‘window.titleBarStyle’ to ‘custom’

It’s not mainland Europe. We swear like sailors here and think that US/UK media is prude for even censoring stuff. It’s probably more an US and oil states thing if I had to make a guess.

The assignment asked for unit tests and that’s something that LLMs are great for, because I mostly use closure tests. Those are highly repetitive and while LLMs still don’t really get complex cases, it’s more a typing/copy paste/regex replacement in those cases than an actual thinking replacement

I’m using an LLM daily (Supermaven), but as I’m looking for a new job and had to do an assignment, I wrote a bunch of code without one. My experience is that I don’t miss it a lot when writing actual code, as I’m using it for a line at a time most of the time. Unit tests are a pain without though 😅
