Happy anniversary, Return to Monkey Island (2022) 🥳 I was on holiday when it was released so I played it on the Steamdeck in a hot tub which was different.
I loved it. The ending was beautifully melancholic, relatable, and will stay with me for a long time.

Always, always, always Bad Blood. Not just an entertaining story, but the way it's told is just brilliant.
The way Mulder and Scully cut into each other's story is really effective, and a technique that heavily influenced some of my own writing.

We're on S4 in our current rewatch, and just watched Home. I saw it in a sort of new light, outside of the gore/controversy. It's so good and I like that it made me uneasy. And the dialogue between M+S about motherhood is good char development (and foreboding).
