Despite a near-5.00 ERA in 2025, Devin Williams is still an excellent arm to have in your bullpen. The Mets should make him an offer, no matter what happens with Edwin Díaz.
ERA is a liar sometimes.

Looking at the numbers, divisional rivalry aside, I'm not remotely surprised Atlanta targeted Richardson: they finished 26th in stolen bases last year, and 23rd at generating expected runs from those steals; it was worse in 2024. They've needed his help for a hot minute.
