When your plane lands in Beirut one of the first things you see is the nearby Pepsi factory. The availability and low price of Pepsi is one of the things that struck me during my time in Lebanon. Can only recollect one place selling Coke in Beirut and I think it was a restaurant.

ASIO must be having a tough time with recruitment. Was on the bus the other day and 95% of people in the street and on the bus were on their smartphones. I remember thinking they wouldn't notice if anything substantial happened around them.
