If Bluesky bans well known anti-authoritarian voices with no explanation, everyone will assume they did so for pro-authoritarian reasons, either their own or those of someone else with influence. That's the only explanation available, "just trust us" isn't an explanation.

It's not even pay to win, because you're not really "winning" anything, per se.

It's worse. It creates a second class of Elite Dangerous players who, because they can't or won't purchase a 25£ gameplay addition, will be locked out of that particular content.

I'll be honest: I think the Steam reviews are fair and accurate. Odyssey absolutely has problems with optimization and the dichotomy between Odyssey gameplay and core gameplay. Optimization is ... iffy. And Frotnier seems to recognize the latter issue, considering the planned Operations expansion.
