Your post is an irrelevant distraction. The topic was election of a judge. Musk obviously thinks judges should be political so he’s trying to buy one for the bench.

Thank you for this. I taught Art History for 20 years and this little architectural jewel box is a favorite. Attended a concert there years ago and the sound resonating in the stone chamber combined with the magical light and colors was a once in a lifetime experience.

I know the feeling. Its a morning ritual for me - coffee and the NYT games. And Im so obsessive that I have to check my performance against the bot! Rationale is that this keeps an elderly brain active and I'm stickin' to it.

Such an easy, mindless reponse to a tragedy. In this country, more people kill with guns than any other way. We've emboldened a culture of violence where guns are a "necessary" male accoutrement.

The way to address the trade balance is to increase manufacturing in the US - something the Biden administration has worked hard to bring about. Without domestically produced alternatives, US consumers will just end up paying way more for imported goods.

Retired now but taught world history (reg and AP) for 25 years. Can’t imagine the challenges you’re facing since I know teaching in all areas has gotten so much more difficult.
