AI pretending to be customer support is a pretty miserable experience. I don't need something pretending to be human regurgitating the FAQ page.
It must also put a strain on the real support staff who now only get customers who are already angry from fighting a robot!

It seems to be "hate on Lombok time of the year" and "what has Lombok ever done for us"… I am tired.
- Just don't use it if u think it stinks

If you were at my recent Java one or DevNexus talk this will help a lot to translate what I did in Eclipse to IntelliJ. Actually, it's even clearer than what I showed, and it's under 10 mins!
Feels weird to post about the little stuff at the moment, but I'm talking at both Devnexus and JavaOne this year about debugging issues. I'm very happy with the way the presentation is coming together. Distilling 10 years of tracker content into 60 mins is pretty challenging!
