Pleased to say we ran a service @StBridget&Thomas Wavertree where we had a diverse congregation including people who are not Christians and so appreciated our simple service @chuchofengland at its best serving our parish not just the congregation 🕯️🕯️🕯️

As a peace activist from Palestine once said "I don't have the luxury of despair" IMHO we need to find ways of working together with all people who value democracy, decency and remind ourselves hope is a decision not an emotion. 🙏🏾🕊️🕊️🙏🏾

Btw peace making is not sitting in our own places and being peaceful it involves reaching out across social, cultural and religious divides to actively make peace in our community or sphere of influence. Looking forward to doing this in #Liverpool from next week 🙏🏾🕊️🕊️🙏🏾
