💯 although, it seems like Rodo has international plans which might mean another year with a lean start. No excuses after the summer window. That’s end of his “3-4 transfer windows” comment.

I’ve got a soccer community and the #REtwit (mostly commercial real estate) community that I’m part of over there. Really hoping to find more community like that here.

Seeing it more and more in Central TX. Currently leasing like crazy and a solid compromise in aesthetic.

This feels more ‘flex/industrial’ than ‘flex/office,’ but with the appeal of local retail space. IMO, it could be the new infill product type for major metros due to tenant flexibility and broader prospect pool to meet proformas with a higher cost basis. Still, it’s a compromise we’re not ready for.
