Don't forget that 24 yrs ago today 3,000+ ppl died in a nat'l tragedy that reverberated int'lly.
Never forget what happened nor the unity of purpose we felt on 9/12. I hope we can find unity again that isn't rooted in violence and death, but in a collective will to do better b/c we can be better.

I ran out of fucks 1/20/2025. More are on backorder but the factory shut down b/c of tariffs. Check back in 2029.

What's been entirely unreal and hard to come to grips w/ for me is the realization that all the "guardrails" protecting democracy were a lack of audacity to just do it and ignore the courts. Apparently.

I've done the math on my pay and it was eye opening.
Base pay chg'd an avg of -4.69% when adj'd for inflation, and incld'g everything it averaged -0.33%. Last year was the only year where I got a raise, and it was 0.12%... only if you include things not the day-to-day.
Something has got to give.
