Confirmed. Took forever for him to turnaround.

I didn’t bring out the phone in time, but we’ve got robot dogs and UFO Citronauts dancing on the sidelines to AC/DC.

That’s not accurate though?

Hey, @keithlaw.bsky.social, I playing Twinkle Twinkle with you, or is someone using your name as a handle on BGA?

The Rays have pitch movement on the scoreboard. I remember when I was with Beyond the Boxscore and this was cutting edge obscure stuff and now it’s on scoreboards.

First time ever reaching the end of the Passage of Time track in The White Castle.

And it was enough to win despite losing almost every other scoring category.

1. Endeavor: Deep Sea

I can't remember the last time a new game has dominated my thoughts the way this did after playing. Easy rules, gorgeous presentation, clever worker placement and economy, modular board, good theme, and TONS of ways to play.

2. Earth

Building a large tableau, across which you assemble massive, complicated engines that become very satisfying as the game goes on. Couple that with a gorgeous theme and great photography. Probably the heaviest card game I've ever played.

3. Harmonies

Unsurprising since this is so highly regarded, but my first time playing it. Beautiful art, simple mechanics, and very puzzly. So many of the cards would make legitimately great posters.

4. Orbit

A new Reiner Knizia game! Race space (a hex map where you can move in all directions) to land on seven planets and return home before your opponents. But the planets are moving as the game goes on. Super simple rules, but exhilarating competition and plenty of forward-thinking required.

5. Wyrmspan

Everyone knows this is Wingspan but heavy, and that's exactly what it is. I loved the watercolor art of the caves, and found the engine activation just a little bit more satisfying than Wingspan.

7. Clank! Catacombs

Has some of the rules jank and player-elimination of other Clank! games, but this is definitely my favorite version of the franchise now. You build the modular board as the game goes along, which is one of my favorite mechanics in gaming. Coupling it with deck building is a win.

8. Star Wars: Battle of Hoth

Played surprisingly quickly and lighter than I expected. More of a chess-esque piece movement game with cars and dice rolls than a big, complicated war game.

9. Looot

Surprisingly good area control game. Light, fast, and fun, but requiring a level of strategic planning. You place viking meeples on the shared board to compete for pieces with others, then solve a puzzle on your personal board where you place the loot in different arrangements for points.

Dear @sickoscommittee.org

In my online dynasty with my friends, we are heading towards ULM hosting a first round playoff game.

Against. . .

Ah, so this is the first time one of these things has actually hit me hard.
