The 18 haven’t revealed themselves and probably won’t, but it’s significant that a second vote was held the same day. They needed a 2/3 majority for that and the CDU has de facto torn down its firewall against the Left. They will need more 2/3 majorities in the next 4 yrs e.g. for appointing judges
