Birding & tea-drinking marathon on patch at Llanishen & Lisvane Res today. Female Ring-necked Duck still present but highlight was brief visit of a Grey Phalarope. Flew in at 1pm, alighted on Llanishen Res, then promptly departed. #birdingWales
