It was. Meanwhile, the second TRO is still technically in effect blocking deployment of any Nat Guard, no idea for how long though.

There's still a couple options, it's not done yet. SCOTUS is already going to hear another similar case for Chicago which may affect this case as well.
That's the major relevant points of disagreement between the majority and the dissent. So what's next? Oregon could take this to the en banc 9th Circuit, which could put Judge Immergut's order back in effect. Or they could go to the Supreme Court
