fluffy this time. last time i used avocado oil and it came out crunchy. pomegranate seeds and pumpkin pie spice (just ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg)

no knead flax seed white bread. for some reason i think it needs lemon juice so it tastes like poppy seed.

bigger trays have big spots in the middle with no drainage holes, so that's why there's dead spots. thought about drilling holes but don't want microplastics, so going to put bottle caps to occupy that space.
