I was down by the lake in the Winthrop Harbor area just before 5pm and I got to witness this shelf cloud come in from the north east. I'm guessing this had something to do with one of the outflow boundaries.

I wonder if that's the same one that flew over me in southern Wisconsin a couple weeks ago. On it's way to the EAA I was presuming.
