If the LLM is trained on General rubbish from the internet you can expect a proportion of rubbish out. If a specialised LLM is trained on relevant data reviewed for accuracy you can expect relevant results.

Alternatively run a HEPA filter, maintain partially open windows on opposite sides and different levels of the home and also keep a CO2 monitor in the main room. Open additional windows when CO2 approaching 800 say and accept that the heating will cost a little more for a couple of days over Xmas.
