#fitness journey started in March last year and took ‘off’ February / March to celebrate and reset for year 2. Did I lose gains from January? Yes.

One of my passions outside of work and fitness is my tuba. Nothing beats the sound of low bass uplifting a band or orchestra and the amount of air needed to get a full sound can be a workout in itself. #oompa

As a #parent, i love it when the boys create but cannot stand the paper wastage, mess of pens / crayons and their drawing generally get lost within a few days. Had the boys sit down for 30 minutes of ‘quiet time’ to be creative for their grandparents in a shared album. How cool is this!? #art

First attempt at digital #art since school. Called ‘Firegrass’ to recognise the continuing threat of Australia’s intensifying bushfires annually. Shout out to the Fire, Emergency and Public Safety volunteers who do an awesome job to keep us safe. #bushfires
