In AZ this would at least be a Clkass 6 Felony for Aggravated Assault. A reasonable officer wouldn't fear for his life or safety by a citizen using a camera and it's not reasonable conduct for an officer.

The whole OC Register piece got me to wondering how many ICE/HSI/CBP firearm brandishing incidents are taking place but not being reported because the victims were/are too afraid to report the incidents to local police or the press.
