So on FB yesterday, 3 old friends of > 25 yrs, shared the site below + in comments rhetoric against the new Vehicle Emissions Standard. The comments bordered on vile, and the group rules 🙀 I’ve had to unfriend them,

Michael Leunig, don’t know anything about the shit he’s been accused of as an old man, loved his many cartoons that helped me and my school kids understand the world.

Fuck now Michael Leunig has gone too, as well as John Marsden. Teachers all over Australia must be devastated, as am I. We used his works to teach visual literacy, and how to view the world. Vale Michael sending love and condolences to your family and friends you’ll be missed.
