Thank you Governor Walz for bringing attention to this. I work in a Domestic Violence agency in our beautiful Minnesota. We are stretched as it is and worried as hell. We show up everyday for our clients though. You will never find a more dedicated, hard working bunch of people.

We want to focus on helping the most vulnerable get safe. We don't want to see one more human DIE because of Domestic violence. We shouldn't also have to worry about whether or not we are going to be paid next month.

Men, women, children, Republicans and Democrats alike use our services to get safe from abusers in their lives. If we as a country have decided that federal funds shouldn't be used then start donating! We want to do our jobs!

This is absolutely sickening. I use so much of their material in my job as a sexual assault advocate. I loved it because it was inclusive. LGBTQ kids are at so much higher risk for sexual exploitation. They deserved better than this.

It can also look like sharing and holding to what is true, refusing to believe the lies, it can look like choosing to buy from companies that are holding the line, and above all it is choosing love. We are in this together.
