Totally! Plenty people say, "never do this thing!!" But I think that oversimplifies a lot of art theory. Like everyone says to NEVER shade with black, but there's a time and place for dark/desaturated shading! Sometimes you want the colors to look muddy to get the right feeling! (Lovely art btw <3)

That's actually a really solid point! I remember stressing about figuring out what "my style" was early on, but honestly, being flexible in the craft is a major boon. Now a days I see things differently and don't stick to one thing (unless working on a longterm project where I want some consistency)
