This is apparently a post-war Czechoslovak built vehicle sold to Egypt before being captured by Israeli forces during the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

I liked this tiny cheat sheet on the Riot Act. Intended for the use of cavalry officers on public order duties to ensure the wording was recited in accordance with the law.
