In their decision, Justice Strickland specifically relied on our expert report to inform the Court. As noted by Witten Law, the decision helps to entrench a Nation's ability to develop and uphold their own Election codes. Witten's full analysis can be found here:

But sure if the end goal is to create an asset that will provide investors secure dividends for the next 20-50 years by deferring and nationalizing environmental, social, and Indigenous debts, yes the #oilsands are clearly a winner.
