Only Declan Rice (11) made more progressive carries than Ben White (8).
Only Rice and Odegaard made as many progressive passes as White (8).
No one made more tackles, clearances or competed in as many duels (10/16 successful).
Yeah obviously he's quite good at football.

That midfield is more about containment than creativity, so that plan goes out the window when you concede so early.
Merino has been pretty bright, some nice progressive passes, but he's the obvious replacement if we want to shake it up with someone like Eze.
