I had a case early in my career with a death and injuries in a trench collapse due to insufficient shoring. The guy left behind a family. Awful stuff, I still think about those photos sometimes. This is not an area to cut corners.

For that to work, NDOT has to be honest with BPAC and give BPAC the information it needs to do its job.

100% this. We issue bonds and allot capital spending and then sit on the money. I'm looking to NDOT to expand its capabilities to get these projects built with speed and efficiency.
