Just in case you haven’t figured it out already, I am the antithesis of my handle.
If you’re an anti-vax troglodyte just move on… don’t follow me. I am not you. You will be blocked.

There is a reason babies are vaccinated for HBV. Not just because the mother might be HBV positive but because being infected early on in life almost ensures that they will develop chronic liver disease, or maybe liver cancer. Do you know that every person who handles your baby is HBV neg?

I can’t disagree. Scientists and medical doctors need to do a better job communicating with the general public.

“We’ve invested billions of dollars in biomedical research, but invested comparably little in communicating the importance of that research to the public. “
Five years of COVID vaccines: how a breakthrough created a public-heath crisis
Physician and science communicator Kristen Panthagani talks about why public trust in vaccines has fallen since the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s blatantly apparent that ‘insert company name here’ AI chatbot ‘helper’ is merely running interference to prevent you from reaching an actual human, who might actually be able to help. ‘Might’.
It’s fucking exhausting.

Michael puts his finger on what several of us have been thinking. The Republican Party wants to reduce the American population so that they can sell all the resources.

Death, disease, destitution and the dumbing down of America is their ultimate goal to ensure total subjugation.

This is an older study but I thought after all the anti-vax and anti-science nonsense we could use a break and read something fun.

Why are dogs more friendly then wolves? At the genetic level, dogs have insertions called transposons in the Williams-Beuren syndrome critical region (WBSCR).
Researchers identify a common underlying genetic basis for social behavior in dogs and humans
Dogs' ability to communicate and interact with humans is one the most astonishing differences between them and their wild cousins, wolves. A new study identifies genetic changes that are linked to dog...

Why can’t we feed the poor?
Why can we ensure healthcare for all?
Why can’t we provide housing and clothing to those in need?
Because the billionaires and multimillionaires can never have enough.
Fuck the oligarchy!!

This is a fucking nightmare and right now I am very, very angry with the people who put Trump back in office.

More and more kids are going to die from preventable diseases.

As I have said for months, RFK Jr. has more power to singlehandedly kill more Americans than any other cabinet secretary.
