A new era must now begin with a long-standing viable solution/peace between Israel & Palestine.

We mourn the loss of Dr Jane Goodall.
Her work as a biologist and science historian made tremendous scientific achievements. As a pioneer and one of the most renowned scientists of the 20th century, she paved the way for more women to enter a male-dominated field of science.

The global climate situation is critical, and our position is clear: the EU must submit an ambitious NDC ahead of COP30 with a forward-looking climate target, and we need to accelerate action to limit global temperatures from rising 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

Today we remember Anna Lindh, former Swedish Foreign Minister, who was murdered on this day in 2003. She stood for a principled foreign policy rooted in human rights and championed a united European voice. Her legacy will endure.
