Highlights (actually lowlights) from Chisel's recent #15thbirthday.
He appears to be #blind in his left eye, and consistently eats very little, and drinks too much. I've connected with an organization that will pay for his #Vetsulin and #syringes, so the #veterinarian bills may be a bit lower.
