Organisers of the Flowers for Beth and Dear Rose campaigns.

We encourage gentle and respectful community support and solidarity for trans people who are pushed into the public eye via litigation.

Solidarity, always.
Wait, there's more! Here are the demands Sandie Peggie has made.

She wants Beth to personally pay her and make a "protected disclosure detriment" declaration alongside NHS Fife.

A 'Protected disclosure' is otherwise known as whistleblowing.

The divide between what columnists have to say & how regular members of the public react to this case is ridiculous.

We don't have to "sell" Flowers for Beth to people - they hear about Dr Beth Upton, intuitively understand & want her to live a peaceful, secure life.

Catch up or get left behind. 🌸

We are having a little trouble reading the cursive on this card! Would you like to help us out?

NHS are...?

We are currently a very small team so sometimes the logistics (like the PO box!) can be more difficult than expected.

Meeting members of the public more than makes up for it. The person who designed this may well never meet Beth - but they cared. And we get the honour of passing that on. 🌸

"Bun the cis-tem!" ✊

People in London were lovely to chat to - lots of people already knew about Beth and were raring to get involved!

Some volunteers at Flowers for Beth got a sneaky preview this weekend when some lovely people Trans Pride London bust out the sharpies on the spot!

Here is some of the detail 🌸

Maya Forstater also made it clear in her update on the 18th July that Sex Matters "stepped back".
July 29, 2025 at 12:58 PM
A palette cleanser for you - we brought a few filled in cards to Trans Pride London to help introduce people to the campaign & met a group of lovely people who filled theirs in on the spot.

Finding people who care about Beth is NEVER a struggle. We'll post some close ups throughout the afternoon. 🌸

A reminder of the standards Sandie Peggie claimed she held herself to when she was testifying back in February.

Regrettably presented by Tribunal Tweets- the lack of unbiased coverage is a whole separate issue we'll be returning to!

JR = Jane Russell, NHS Fifes & Beth's lawyer
SP = Sandie Peggie

Jane Russell then appears to subtly refer to the details of Judge Kemp's initial ruling that Sandie Peggie should be able to misgender Beth in the first place - to prevent witnesses from being inhibited in their testimony - & the consistency with which the misgendering is happening.
July 24, 2025 at 5:51 PM
Naomi Cunningham, a lawyer representing Sandie Peggie, has been consistenty using he/him pronouns to refer to Beth in court. This is following a ruling back in January that stated that it was admissable to misgender Dr Upton during proceedings.

Here is what was said at the time:

Here is a sneak peek.

We wanted to use a dove of peace because we know that a great many Christians do not believe the actions of The Christian Legal Centre & Christian concern are in any way a reflection of their faith. We wanted to acknowledge that and welcome allies of faith from the start.

We weren't going to be the ones to bring up the subject bc she shouldn't need to be pretty to be treated well...

But a young person who took part in Flowers for Beth summed it up nicely.

"We are all Sandie Peggie"

The whole point here is that we aren't. Trans affirming people, of which there are many, aren't included in this 'we'. Beth Upton definitely is not part of this 'we'!

You can only frame trans inclusion this way if you ignore a LOT of people.
July 23, 2025 at 9:49 AM
Beth Upton promptly told investigators that she was worried about Sandie Peggie escalating, not past behaviour.

www.heraldscotland.com/news/2532641...

This is not the behaviour of someone who is trying to destroy another person's career.

Related, why are so many politicians making public statements pressuring NHS Fife to stop defending their case?

And why did Wes Streeting meet with the Darlington nurses back in June when their tribunal isn't going to be heard until October?
July 21, 2025 at 12:52 PM
If you stop to think about it, trans people are not the legal liability here. Litigious gender critical people are.

It's presented as a negative but the Scottish Express is admitting here that NHS Fife's policies were not unusual. This case pressures other trusts to shift to avoid litigation.

When you get the cards, we encourage you to use this as a moment to decompress. Use whatever colours you want, colour (or write) outside the lines and, if you can, take the opportunity to spend time with other people who care about Beth - and you.
July 16, 2025 at 11:44 AM
If you email us asking for cards (or download from our website), this is what you see. The flowers were chosen by @transpridescotland.bsky.social and each have a meaning. The design was then drawn up by a young trans activist.
